Do I need to send photos?
No. Photos are optional, but they can help us understand the job. Show the items or area you want us to work on. Leave out people, identity documents, keys and access codes.
Can you help with a condo or apartment?
Yes. Tell us it is a condo or apartment and mention any stairs or elevator. We will follow up about building rules, loading access and any documents needed before the visit.
Can I request a future date?
Yes. Add the date you would like, or leave it open if you are not sure. We confirm availability and timing before booking.
