What the website does

The service-area map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. OpenStreetMap can receive technical request data, such as your IP address and browser details.

The map asks for your device location only after you choose Use my location. The approximate coordinates are used in your browser and are not saved or sent to PlaceReady or Jobber. Showing that area sends OpenStreetMap a request for the map tiles on screen.

This website does not use advertising pixels or customer accounts. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics in the footer. You can decline and still use the whole website.

If you allow analytics, Google receives technical visit data and uses cookies to measure page visits and clicks on our quote, call and email links. A click is not a submitted quote request. We do not send your form answers, name, phone number, email, address, photos or device-location coordinates to Analytics.

Your analytics choice is saved in this browser. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change it. Declining stops further tracking from this site and removes its Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. What happens when you request a quote

The quote page connects to Jobber when the quote page loads. Jobber provides the form and manages the request.

The form uses Google address suggestions and reCAPTCHA. These services can receive technical data, such as your IP address and browser details.

PlaceReady receives the details that you enter when you submit the form.

If you email us instead, PlaceReady receives only the information and attachments you choose to send.

How we use request information

We use request information to understand the work, reply to you and coordinate an agreed next step.

• Do not submit a Social Insurance Number, identity document, bank information or payment-card details.
• A request is not a booking, job acceptance or final estimate.

Access, correction and deletion

You may email us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you sent. Some records may need to be retained for legal or ordinary business record requirements.
